Grief Support Resources
"Live in faith and hope, though it be in darkness, for in this darkness God protects the soul. Cast your care upon God for you are His and He will not forget you. Do not think that He is leaving you alone, for that would be to wrong Him."
St. John of the Cross
Grief Groups
Our parish offers a monthly Bereavement Support Group. The mission of this new group is to provide a safe environment where empathy, encouragement and acceptance is offered in a confidential setting to those grieving the recent—and not so recent—death of a loved one. Communicating with others experiencing a similar loss is the foundation of the group. Meetings will be held the second Tuesday of each month in the Parish Center, Conference Room A. Rosemary Claassen, a parishioner with experience working with grieving families and groups, will facilitate the meetings. There is no cost to attend. For more information, please call Rosemary at 1-802-324-0276.Grief Referrals
